Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms

Chambre d'hote rooms
Bookings are confirmed on reciept of payment of a deposit for the first nights stay by cheque, bank transfer (virement) or bank credit card details (Mastercard/Visa/Amex).

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if the notification period is 1 month prior to the stay in high season (Jun-Sep) or more than 1 week before stay in low season (Oct-May). A change of dates has no deposit penalty.

Final settlement should be made at checkout from Chez Kelly.

Gite (usually weekly rental)
A deposit of 200 Euros is required at booking to confirm availability. The total amount should be paid latest 1 week prior to arrival by bank transfer (virement) cheque or bank credit card (Mastercard/Visa/Amex). In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
